Jason Millar serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Westcore, where he leads the firm’s FP&A function and provides strategic analysis to the Executive and Capital Markets teams. He oversees financial planning and performance reporting, partnering across Portfolio Management, Accounting, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.

Since joining Westcore in 2014, Jason has played a key role in many of the firm’s most significant capital initiatives, including portfolio acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and corporate restructuring efforts.

With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance, Jason is passionate about developing talent. Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, he taught mathematics in the Santa Ana Unified School District.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and is a CFA charterholder.
