As a Westcore shareholder, you may need to update or change your account information at some point in time. Most changes to your account can be made through a form available on this page; however, some changes require written instructions and signature guarantees. Listed are details and either forms or instructions for different changes you may need to make to your account.
For changes requiring written instructions
To process your written instructions without delay, please make sure you send your request to:

- Dollar amount or number of shares (if applicable)
- Name(s) on the account

For changes requiring a Medallion Signature Guarantee
When you make account changes, in some instances we may require a signature guarantee. A signature guarantee assures that a signature is genuine and protects shareholders from unauthorized transactions. A signature guarantee is not the same as a notarized signature. You can obtain a signature guarantee from a bank or trust company, credit union, broker, dealer, securities exchange or association, or clearing agency or savings association. More details.
Name & Address Changes

To change your name as it appears on your Westcore account, due to marriage or divorce, the following documentation is required:
- Medallion Signature Guaranteed written instructions, signed in both your current name and your new name
- A certified copy of your marriage certificate or divorce decree

You may change the address on your Westcore account either online, by phone or by e-mail.

To change your address online, go to the Westcore Trans@ction Center. New Transaction Center users can register now to gain immediate account access.

To change your address by phone, call a Westcore Investor Service Representative at 800.392.CORE (2673), weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. mountain time.

E-mail
To change your address via e-mail, send an e-mail. Please include your Westcore account number, your current address and your new address.
When removing a name from an account, it is required by law that the assets be transferred to a new account. These types of registration changes may have tax implications. Please contact a tax advisor for questions specific to your situation.
To add or remove a name from your Westcore account, the following documentation is required:
- Medallion Signature Guaranteed written instructions signed by all account owners
- A completed New Account Application signed by remaining account owner
If the removal of a name is due to a death please choose the appropriate account and situation below for instructions:
Joint Tenant with Rights of Survivorship: Death of One Tenant
- Medallion Signature Guaranteed written instructions signed by surviving owner
- Certified copy of death certificate for deceased tenant
- Completed New Account Application signed by new account owner
Tenants in Common: Death of One Tenant
- Medallion Signature Guaranteed written instructions signed by personal representative of the decedent
- Certified copy of letters testamentary
- Completed New Account Application signed by remaining account owner
Tenants in Common: Death of All Tenants
- Medallion Signature Guaranteed written instructions signed by personal representative of last decedent
- Certified copy of letters testamentary for each tenant
- Completed New Account Application signed by new account owner
Automatic Investments, Withdrawals or Exchanges

To add an automatic investment plan to your existing Westcore account, complete the Automatic Investment Form. Adding an automatic investment plan requires bank information. If bank information is not already set up in connection with your Westcore account it will need to be added. Adding or changing bank information requires a Medallion Signature Guarantee.
To set up systematic withdrawals from your Westcore account, complete the applicable sections of the Account Options Form. Adding a systematic withdrawal plan requires bank information. If bank information is not already set up in connection with your Westcore account it will need to be added. Adding or changing bank information requires a Medallion Signature Guarantee.
To set up an automatic exchange between funds in your Westcore account or between two Westcore accounts written instructions are required. Written instructions must include:
- Account name
- From account number and fund(s)
- To account number and fund(s)
- Signatures of all account owners
Please note that account owners must be the same on both accounts.
You can change your automatic investment, withdrawal or exchange by emailing us, calling a Westcore Investor Service Representative at 800.392.CORE (2673), or completing the Automatic Investment Form. Please allow three business days from the time you contact us until the change is to take effect.
Bank & Wire Information

To add or change bank information on your Westcore account, complete the applicable sections of the Account Options Form. Adding bank information requires a Medallion Signature Guarantee as described in the Form.

Distribution Options

To change the income and capital gains distribution options on your Westcore account, visit the Westcore Trans@ction Center and Change Distribution Options in the left toolbar once you are in the Fund you want to make changes to. Or, complete the Distributions Options Form.
Online Transaction Privileges

To register for access to the Westcore Trans@ction Center where you can perform account transactions online, you will need your Westcore account number and your Social Security Number. Your account number is easily accessible from a recent statement. Or, contact a Westcore Investor Service Representative at 800.392.CORE (2673) if you have trouble locating your account number.
