March 3, 1999—Beginning this March, financial
professionals can log onto Westcore Fund’s new password protected advisor site. With
the updated site, professionals can retrieve advanced information helpful in keeping their
clients updated on portfolio performance, that is not available on the consumer web site.
In addition, the advisor site provides:
- On-the-spot registration and admittance to the site for
financial advisors
- Easier site navigation
- Faster information retrieval due to a reduced graphic site
design
- Sales tools to assist financial advisors
- Market commentary and research
- Individual client account look up
The 40-page advisor site still provides general information
on the nine no-load Westcore Funds, advisor services, upcoming Westcore events, and
contact information. However, the new site provides expanded resources in the sales tools
and advisor services sections.
Sales Tools is designed to assist financial advisors
when meeting with prospective or existing clients through practical resources including
presentation downloads, fund specific summary sheets, asset class performance outlooks and
more. One of the newest features in this section includes a financial news and resource
area that provides links to related web sites, recommended readings, and interesting
articles in the industry.
Advisor Services has been expanded, allowing
financial professionals to immediately access specific Westcore client account activity
and history information 24-hours a day through the client account services feature. In
addition, advisors will also find a new section providing a thorough listing of all
Westcore Funds distribution channels and their contact information.
