Increases Customer Accessibility
August 24, 1998Westcore Funds now offers two new
vehicles for expanded account access to its customers. By phone or internet, account
holders can not only gain information on existing or new accounts, but also perform
purchases, exchanges, and redemptions.
Westcore Automated Service Line (800-392-CORE)
this toll-free number allows customers to manage their
accounts seven days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day. The automated service line walks first-time
callers through the steps to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN) before they
gain access to these options:
- Fund prices and performance information on any of
Westcores family of eight funds
- Existing fundsaccount balances and recent
transactions, prices and performance information, purchase, exchange, and redemption
options
- Order duplicate statements or checkbooks
- Fund objectives, fund literature, and watchlist information
- Mailing, wiring and internet information
- Year-end information and duplicate tax forms
As always, account holders can speak with a Westcore
Investor Service Representative during business hours (7 a.m. to 6 p.m., MST).

account holders with access to the world wide web can
work with their accounts day or night by logging onto Westcores updated Trans@ction Center. Customers will be
able to select:
- Getting startedan easy-to-follow guide for first time
users to set up a PIN
- Securitya comprehensive explanation for customers to
understand how the site and their personal account management decisions will be protected
on-line. Westcore uses the highest level of security available128 bit encryption.
- Go!the main gateway for users to access information on
current and new accounts as well as perform purchases, exchanges, and redemptions
- Helpa simple resource appearing on each page of the
web site in order to assist customers with navigation and site use questions
Account holders have the option to use the same PIN for
both their telephone and web communications. In addition, a customer can change their PIN
at any time.
