Business Description
Westcore Funds are managed by Denver Investment Advisors LLC—an institutional investment advisor with four decades of money management experience. In 1995, Westcore Funds began offering their fund family as no-load products to individual investors. Westcore is proud of both the quality of its funds and the depth of the investment management experience it brings to the consumer market.

Westcore Fund Family
The Westcore fund family consists of thirteen funds—seven domestic equity, two international equity, three bond funds, and a money market fund. Each of these funds is tailored to a specific universe of securities so that our consumers can build a strong investment or retirement portfolio with asset classes clearly identified.

• Westcore MIDCO Growth Fund—seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in medium-sized growth companies
• Westcore Growth Fund—seeks to maximize long-term total return by investing in equity securities selected for their growth potential
• Westcore Select Fund—invests in the common stock of companies of any size, with an emphasis on larger companies
• Westcore International Frontier Fund—invests primarily in the common stock of international companies with market capitalizations of $1.5 billion or less at the time of purchase that appear to have above average revenue and earnings potential
• Westcore Blue Chip Fund—seeks to maximize long-term total return by investing in stocks of large, well-established companies whose stocks appear to be undervalued
• Westcore Mid-Cap Value Fund—seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in medium-sized companies whose stocks appear to be undervalued
• Westcore Small-Cap Opportunity Fund—seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation primarily through investments in companies with relatively small capitalizations whose stocks appear to be undervalued
• Westcore Small-Cap Value Fund—seeks to maximize long-term capital appreciation through a bottom-up process of selecting the most attractive undervalued and more liquid small companies with market caps within the range of small-cap indices
• Westcore Flexible Income Fund—seeks long-term total rate of return, primarily through investments in bonds, and to a lesser extent through convertible securities and high-yielding equities consistent with preservation of capital.
• Westcore Plus Bond Fund—seeks long-term total rate of return, consistent with preservation of capital, by investing primarily in investment-grade bonds of varying maturities.
• Westcore Colorado Tax-Exempt Fund—seeks to provide income exempt from both federal and Colorado state personal income taxes by emphasizing insured Colorado municipal bonds with intermediate maturities
• BlackRock Money Market Portfolio—offered for capital preservation and the convenience of our clients, seeks to maintain a $1.00 per share net asset value*
