Once you’ve determined what type of an account is best for you, download and complete the appropriate account application.

Return your completed Application to Westcore.
Return your completed account application with your investment check made payable to Westcore Funds to:

Confirmation.
Upon receipt of your investment check and completed account application, Westcore will mail to you a confirmation of purchase. |

If you prefer to receive Westcore information via regular mail, complete the Request Literature by Mail form. Upon receipt of your request, the information will be sent to you within two weeks.
