Offering Investors Lower Fees with Westcore's New Institutional Share Class
To complement our existing family of 11 no-load mutual funds,Westcore Funds has introduced an Institutional Share Class on seven of our existing funds. Launched on September 28, 2007, this new share class, open to all investors, lowers our already competitive expense ratios.

Available to All Investors with a Minimum of $500,000 to Invest
The Institutional Share Class is available to all investors directly or through a financial intermediary, including but not limited to, financial advisors, retirement plans, broker-dealers and bank trust departments. To meet the minimum investment, investors may consider aggregating multiple accounts with common ownership and financial advisors may consider aggregating multiple client accounts with a fund. Please refer to the prospectus for policies regarding the aggregation of multiple accounts.

⁽¹⁾Institutional Share Class: The Advisor and Administrators have contractually agreed to waive a portion of its management fees and/or administration fees and/or reimburse additional Trust/Fund expenses so as to limit each of the affected Institutional Share Class Funds’ Annual Fund Operating Expenses. In doing so, the Adviser and Administrators have contractually agreed to waive and/or reimburse each Institutional Class for an amount equal to the waivers and/or reimbursement performed for the related Retail Class (calculated in basis points). In addition, the Adviser has contractually agreed to waive its investment advisory and/or administration fees and/or reimburse the Funds for all of the start-up costs and ongoing class-specific expenses for the Institutional Class until at least September 30, 2008. Without such fee waivers and reimbursements, the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses for the Westcore MIDCO Growth, Growth, Blue Chip, Small-Cap Opportunity, Small-Cap Value, Flexible Income and Plus Bond Funds would be 1.09%, 2.02%, 1.07%, 2.30%, 1.71%, 1.88% and 0.87%, respectively. You will be notified if these waivers and/or reimbursements are discontinued after that date resulting in a material change in the Fund’s Net Annual Operating Expense.

⁽²⁾Retail Share Class: The Adviser and the Administrators have contractually agreed to waive a portion of the investment advisory and/or administration fees and/or to reimburse other expenses for the MIDCO Growth, Growth, Blue Chip, Small-Cap Opportunity, Small-Cap Value, Flexible Income and Plus Bond Funds from April 30, 2007 until at least April 29, 2008, so that Net Annual Fund Operating Expenses as reported in the Funds' Financial Highlights will be no more than 1.15%, 1.15%, 1.15%, 1.30%, 1.30%, 1.85% and 0.55% for each Fund, respectively, for such period. Without such fee waivers and reimbursements, the Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses for each of the Funds would be 1.08%, 1.11%, 1.09%, 1.73%, 1.54%, 0.98% and 0.87%, respectively. You will be notified if these waivers and/or reimbursements are discontinued after that date resulting in a material change in a Fund's Net Annual Operating Expense.
