The
performance data quoted represents past performance. Past performance does
not guarantee future results and current performance may be lower or
higher than the performance quoted.
Average annual total returns and yield figures reflect the reinvestment of
dividends, capital gains distributions, all fee waivers and expense
reimbursements. Without the fee waivers and expense reimbursements, total
return and yield figures would have been lower. Total return and yield
figures represent past performance. Investment return and principal value
will vary, and shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their
original cost. Westcore fund shares are not insured by the FDIC, the

Without fee waivers and/or expense reimbursements, yield would

Investing
in small-cap funds and/or concentrated funds can be more volatile and loss
of principal could be greater than investing in large-cap or more
diversified funds.
Investing
in foreign securities entails special risks, such as currency fluctuations
and political uncertainties, which are described in more detail in the
prospectus.
Westcore Flexible Income and
Plus Bond Funds are subject to additional risk in that each may invest in
high-yield/high-risk bonds and are subject to greater levels of liquidity
risk.
** Westcore Growth, Select, International Frontier, and
Mid-Cap Opportunity Funds participate in the Initial Public Offering
("IPO") market and a significant portion of the Funds' returns
have been attributable to its investments in IPOs during certain periods,
which in turn have had a magnified impact due to the Funds' relatively
small asset base. There is no guarantee that as the Funds' assets grow, it
will continue to experience substantially similar performance by investing
in IPOs. See "Financial Highlights" within the prospectus.
